The day of my trip had finally come. So excited, but also a bit nervous, since I never been inside an airplane and this was a 15 hours flight. Starting in Amsterdam, with a short stopover in Frankfurt, to Osaka. All went fine. I had a morning plane departure, after the stopover I did a 4 movies-marathon in the airplane and closed my eyes for a few hours. Time went by pretty fast and I arrived next morning in Osaka due to a time difference of + 7 hours.
Once Arrived at Osaka KIX airport, I took the free shuttle bus to Terminal 2 to withdraw some Yen (Japanese currency). The shuttle bus is a small comic looking bus. The servant did a deep bow when the bus left the station. The driver was wearing white gloves and drove calmly. He kept giving reminders to the passengers for every upcoming corner. This unusual ride gave me a smile and immediately gave me the feeling I ended up in such a different world.

Terminal 2: Must be the cleanest terminal in the world.
Tips: At the 7-eleven shop in Terminal 2 you can find an ATM machine that accepts most debit cards (VISA, Mastercard and foreign debit cards). From there I took the bus to Kyoto station. The ticket machine is outside. Follow the instructions to buy your ticket.
